Key Technology

1. Innovation in the study of metallographic structure

At present, a big problem in the research of wear-resistant materials in the world is the contradiction between the hardness (HRC) and the impact toughness (AKV) of materials. The application of innovative technology in VICTOR's products have changed the crystal structure in metallographic structure. Therefore, the unification of product hardness and impact toughness are achieved breakthroughly, which makes the product both high hardness and high impact toughness.

2. The multi-micro-alloy composite ratio technology

VICTOR have changed the distribution of carbide and hard phase in metallographic structure through multi-micro-alloy composite ratio technology, which greatly improved the wear resistance of the material. Even if the hardness is the same, VICTOR's products are more wear-resistant.

3. The secondary gestation technology

Through the technological innovation in the heat treatment process, VICTOR have achieved secondary gestation, which makes the grain more refined and more purified.
