I. Crushing Hammer (Hydraulic Crusher)

Crushing hammer, commonly known as "gun head", is mainly used for mining ore and demolition of concrete. In the process of operation, pay attention not to hit empty, otherwise it will damage the oil seal and piston of crushing hammer.We need to selected the size of the hammer strictly according to the tonnage fit of excavator, otherwise, it is not helpful to excavator and hammer.

2. Vibration tamping (hydraulic tamping or compactor)

We need to selected the size of the tamping also based on the tonnage fit of excavators. In recent years, it is mainly used for hydraulic slope, highway and railway slope construction. Individual small excavators are used to tamping the building foundation, completely replacing manual work, greatly improving efficiency, saving construction cost, and achieving the effect that manual work can not match.

3. Fast Connector (Fast Transfer Connector)

This equipment is not used for construction, but is specially used for switching broken hammer (or other equipment) of the excavator. In recent years, the cost of domestic labor has greatly improved. Saving time means saving cost. Fast connector has been gradually recognized and widely accepted by domestic customers since it was introduced into the Chinese market from Korea. Generally, using fast connector takes no more than 30 seconds to switch the equipments , but in the past it took 40 to 60 minutes and more than two people to operate.

4. Looseners

It is mainly used for construction on soil or weathered fossils. In this case, the excavator is hard to dig. At this time, the use of looser will greatly improve the construction efficiency. First, the soil or weathered fossil layer is separated by looser, and then the quick connector is used to switch the bucket to the excavator and load the truck.

5. Wood grabbers (clampers)

It is divided into hydraulic wood grabber and mechanical wood grabber, hydraulic rotary wood grabber and fixed wood grabber. Through the redesign and modification of claws, wood grabbers can be used to grab stone and scrap steel, the equipment is mainly used to grab wood and bamboo, making loading and unloading trucks fast and convenient, currently not very popular in China, mainly in winter logging in Chinese northeastern provinces.

6. Hydraulic shears

This equipment is mainly used in the demolition of buildings. Its efficiency is higher than that of crushing hammer. However, the quality of domestic production is not very good at present. It is recommended to use imported equipment, but the cost of after-sales service and accessories is relatively high. If there are more demolition conditions, it is recommended to purchase the equipment. Otherwise, it is suggested to use the crushing hammer with lower cost.

7. Hydraulic rock drill

Hydraulic rock drill is mainly used in mine blasthole construction. It is divided into integral machine and excavator refitting, refitting costs are low, the diameter and depth of drilling directly depends on your excavator model, Korea imported drills can reach the depth of 22 meters, Germany imported drills can reach the depth of  55 meters, of course, those equipments are very expensive.
